Privacy Policy — DriveLog Pro

Neuralworks ("we", "us") built DriveLog Pro — 車輛智能管家 to help vehicle owners track fuel consumption, maintenance history, tyre replacements, and mileage records. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects and how we use it.

Data Stored On Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage (CoreData). It is never transmitted to our servers:

• Vehicle details (plate number, make, model, year, colour, type)
• Fuel records (date, station, litres, cost, odometer, fuel type)
• Maintenance records (oil changes, brake service, general servicing, workshop name, cost)
• Tyre replacement records and mileage entries
• App preferences and settings (language, distance unit, reminder thresholds)

Sign in with Apple (Optional)

DriveLog Pro offers optional Sign in with Apple for users who want to back up and sync data across devices. If you sign in:

• We store only your Apple-provided user ID and (if you choose to share) your email and display name.
• You can sign out or permanently delete your account and all local data at any time via Settings → Delete All Data.

Third-Party Services — Google AdMob

The free version of DriveLog Pro displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to serve personalised ads, subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent choice.

If you deny tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, AdMob will show contextual ads instead.

Location

DriveLog Pro requests location access only when you actively search for nearby fuel stations using the station picker. Your location is used once to show nearby stations and is never stored or transmitted.

Camera and Photo Library

Camera and Photo Library access are used only for scanning the dashboard odometer and fuel receipts via on-device text recognition (Apple's Vision framework). Images are processed locally and are not uploaded anywhere.

In-App Purchases

The Pro subscription (DriveLog Pro Monthly) is handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive your payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple processes subscription data.

Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. Within the app, go to Settings → Delete All Data to permanently delete:

• Your account (Sign in with Apple credentials, display name)
• All vehicles, fuel, maintenance, tyre, and mileage records
• All user preferences and settings

The action requires a two-step confirmation and cannot be undone. Alternatively, you can uninstall the app, which also removes all locally-stored data.

Children's Privacy

DriveLog Pro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
